(collectively referred to as the “Platform”). References to “we”, “our”, “us” or the “Company” shall mean the Platform. is a part of the User Terms of Use and Vendor Terms of Use (collectively “Terms”). the option to deny us access to your contacts list.

with services like warranty, return and refund of Products.

from third party service providers to protect the information provided by you.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password
which enables you to access the Platform, you are responsible for keeping these
details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. The
Platform shall not be held responsible for any liability or obligation you
might face due to your sharing of your Account details with anyone.
Where We Store Your
Personal Information
Our website
development partner may utilize the cloud services of third party providers,
which may store this data on their servers located outside of India. We ensure
adequate security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration

It may kindly be
noted that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely
secure. We will do our best to protect your Personal Information and Sensitive
Personal Information but we cannot guarantee the security of your data
transmitted to the Platform. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have
received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features
to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Your Rights
You may remove or
delete your information from your user Account/profile at any point in time.
You may amend, add
or delete Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Information from your
Account at any time by logging in and visiting your profile page. As noted above,
you may opt out from unwanted email communications from us by following certain
instructions available on the Platform. However, you will continue to receive
emails until your Account is deleted.
Under Rule 5(6) of
the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and
Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“Rules”),
you have a right to ask us to review, correct and amend the information we
collect about you at any point in time. Under Rule 5(7) of the Rules, you also
have the right to revoke your consent to the collection of your information
going forward. However, please note that revoking your consent may negatively
affect your use of the Platform. You may also ask us not to process your
personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise any of these rights at

reasonable period of 15 (fifteen) days to comply with any of your requests.

We may retain the

Platform, for the purposes (i) to provide, improve and personalize our
services; (ii) to contact you about your Account and give customer service;
(iii) to personalise our advertising and marketing communications; and (iv) to
prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities. We
do not retain your Sensitive Personal Information for longer than required for
the purpose for which the information may be lawfully used. For any other
information, we will entertain your request for deletion, however, this might
affect your smooth and uninterrupted use of our services on the Platform.

Communications From
Us
We may from time to

announcements, which are not promotional in nature and used solely to protect
your Account and keep you informed of important changes to the Platform.
